Career
- 2004 UAB laboratory – Gained experience in materials analysis and testing.
- 2007 Vista Engineering – Technician in the area of CVD diamond and nano-coating research.
- 2008 became project manager and a graduate engineer of Vista Engineering and VEAR. During this time, Mr. Nolen has co-authored multiple research publications while gaining further experience in engineering mechanics, failure analysis, and computer simulation.
- 2017 named President of Vista Engineering recognizing the growth of his leadership within the company.
- 2019 Became part owner of Vista Engineering along with Dr. Thompson.
